Bag Boy products are built to last, and every one is backed by a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
- Manual Push Carts: 2-year limited warranty
- Volt Electric Cart: 1-year limited warranty
- Bags, Travel Covers & Accessories: 1-year limited warranty
Coverage begins on the date of original purchase and applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Bag Boy will repair or replace covered products at its discretion, free of charge.
2-year cart warranty applies to orders placed on or after May 4, 2026. Push/pull carts purchased before May 4, 2026 remain on the prior 1-year limited warranty.
Not covered:
- Normal wear and tear (fabric, wheels, zippers, tires)
- Damage from misuse, abuse or improper storage
- Damage from accidents, transport or airline handling
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Cosmetic wear that doesn't affect function
To file a claim: Fill out the Warranty Form with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Photos help speed things up.

Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt in new, unused condition.
