What is your warranty policy?

Push/Pull Cart Warranty

Bag Boy provides the original consumer of each new Bag Boy push cart a limited 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the cart frame and wheels, when purchased from an authorized Bag Boy dealer. Wear and tear items — including paint, decals, tires, grips and similar components — are not covered under this warranty, except where such items are damaged prior to initial use.

Golf Bag & Travel Cover Warranty

Bag Boy warrants its bags and travel covers to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of original purchase.

Electric Cart Warranty

Bag Boy warrants the Volt Electric Cart to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of original purchase. A serial number is required for all electric cart warranty claims.

The following will void this warranty: damage caused by misuse, negligence, water damage, accident or failure to follow proper maintenance procedures; alterations performed by unauthorized individuals or companies; installation of parts or accessories not recommended by Bag Boy; continued operation of the cart after a defect is known; and damage to the seat support bracket on the cart chassis.

Parts installed during the cart's warranty period are covered for the remainder of that warranty period, provided installation is performed by Bag Boy, an authorized service center, or the cart owner with Bag Boy's approval.

General Terms

Coverage begins on the date of original purchase and applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Bag Boy will repair or replace covered products at its discretion, free of charge.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (fabric, wheels, zippers, tires), damage from misuse, abuse or improper storage, damage from accidents, transport or airline handling, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or cosmetic wear that doesn't affect function.

Bag Boy is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including damages for personal injury, property damage or economic loss. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary from place to place, and it does not affect your other statutory rights.

What are the benefits of using a push cart?

Using a push cart is one of the simplest ways to stay healthy and play better. Pushing your clubs takes strain off your back and shoulders compared to carrying a bag, helping reduce fatigue and the risk of injury—so much so that organizations like the AJGA now allow push carts in all competitions. Walking the course also leads to better focus and lower scores, giving you time between shots to think, rehearse, and reset. Beyond the game itself, the health benefits add up fast: golfers who walk and push their clubs burn significantly more calories, travel farther, and improve cardiovascular health compared to riding in a cart. Regular walking can help lower the risk of heart disease, diabetes, and other chronic conditions, and even contribute to a longer, healthier life. In short, a push cart supports your body, sharpens your mind, and enhances the way you experience the game—every step of the round.

How do you remove the front wheel from the Express Cart to change the inner tube?

To change the tube, you must first take the wheel off the bracket. To do this, remove the entire front wheel assembly, whether by removing the two screws on the under side or by unlatching it, if you have the newer model. Remove the two Phillips head screws on both sides of the bracket that hold the wheel. The wheel will slide out of the bracket. It might require two people to do this, one holding the wheel and one holding the long part of the assembly and pulling the wheel off of the bracket. Once the wheel is off the bracket, you can change the tube.

What general maintenance tips does Bag Boy recommend?

We recommend using a damp cloth instead of a hose or pressure washer to clean and maintain your cart. For maintenance on the wheel performance, lubrication may be applied to the wheel pin.
