- Manual Push Carts: 2-year limited warranty
- Volt Electric Cart: 1-year limited warranty
- Bags, Travel Covers & Accessories: 1-year limited warranty
Coverage begins on the date of original purchase and applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Bag Boy will repair or replace covered products at its discretion, free of charge.
Not covered:
- Normal wear and tear (fabric, wheels, zippers, tires)
- Damage from misuse, abuse or improper storage
- Damage from accidents, transport or airline handling
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Cosmetic wear that doesn't affect function
To file a claim: Fill out the Warranty Form with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Photos help speed things up.
