Customer Account Manager

The Account Manager is the main point of contact to Dynamic Brands Independent Sales Representatives to support their outreach and further develop business. This role will assist assigned sales reps as well as further develop business with key/house accounts. The Account Manager will also support incoming inquiries from reps and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact assigned sales representatives on a daily / weekly basis and offer support.
  • Contact assigned key accounts on a weekly / monthly basis and offer support.
  • Management of assigned territories to promote growth.
  • Management of open orders/quotes report for assigned sales representatives.
  • Respond to sales-related inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

General Responsibilities Include:

  • Enter sales orders/quotes into platform (NetSuite).
  • Upsell products and programs through consultative recommendations.
  • Proactively utilize creative solutions to grow sales.

  • Ability to upsell and promote all company products.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years’ experience in sales, client support, or customer service.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
  • Light to moderate lifting may be required.
