1. Sponsor
The Bag Boy Sage Nitron Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Dynamic Brands LLC ("Sponsor"), in partnership with @hyuneegolfs.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who have a valid Instagram account. Entrants' accounts must be public or otherwise viewable by Sponsor so entry actions can be verified.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, @hyuneegolfs, and their respective agencies, affiliates, and partners, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each, are not eligible. The Giveaway is void outside the United States and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on November 17, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on November 24, 2026 (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be accepted. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
4. How to Enter
To enter, during the Giveaway Period you must complete both of the following on Instagram:
- Follow both @hyuneegolfs and @bagboygolf; and
- Like the official giveaway post.
Completing both steps earns one (1) entry. Limit one (1) entry per person and per Instagram account. No bonus or additional entries are available (for example, for tagging friends, sharing, or commenting). Entrants must still be following both accounts at the time of winner selection and verification.
Entries made using multiple accounts, fake accounts, bots, scripts, or any other automated means will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, or not recorded due to technical issues.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Bag Boy Nitron Auto-Open Push Cart in Sage. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $319.95.
The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The prize will be shipped only to a valid U.S. street address. All federal, state, and local taxes and any costs not expressly described here are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about November 25, 2026, conducted by Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified via Instagram direct message from @bagboygolf and/or @hyuneegolfs on or before December 2, 2026. The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the notification and provide their full name, U.S. shipping address, and confirmation of eligibility. If the potential winner does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
Sponsor will only contact the winner from the official accounts named above. Sponsor will never ask for payment, a password, or for you to click an outside link to claim a prize — please report any impersonating accounts. Prizes are expected to ship within approximately four to six (4–6) weeks after the winner is confirmed.
8. Instagram Release
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, each entrant acknowledges this and fully releases Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability in connection with the Giveaway. Any questions, comments, or complaints about the Giveaway must be directed to Sponsor, not to Instagram. Information provided by entrants is provided to Sponsor and not to Instagram.
9. General Conditions
Release. By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, @hyuneegolfs, and their respective affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
Publicity. Except where prohibited, the winner agrees that their Instagram handle may be announced publicly in connection with the Giveaway without further compensation.
Privacy. Personal information collected from the winner will be used only to verify eligibility, fulfill the prize, and administer the Giveaway, in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy at https://bagboy.com/pages/privacy-policy.
Right to modify or cancel. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned due to fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway and, if canceled, to select a winner from eligible entries received before cancellation. Sponsor may disqualify anyone found tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
Governing law. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
